About Aleca Home Health& Aleca Hospice:

Aleca Home Health & Aleca Hospice are rapidly growing in-home Healthcare agencies currently serving patients in Arizona and Washington. We pride ourselves on being a Medicare & CHAP certified Home Health agency committed to providing "Care with Compassion" to our community. Our comprehensive services include nursing, physical therapy, occupational and speech therapy, social work, and home health aides, all delivered in the comfort of our patients' residences.

 

Role Summary:

The Account Executive (AE) is the foundation of the company’s census development and customer service for Aleca Home Health & Hospice service lines and is responsible for efficient and effective care transitions supporting the patient and the referral source to ensure a smooth and positive transition. The AE is a key resource for the Business Development team to help drive the demand for our services.

 

Candidate Profile:

  • Education: High school diploma or GED required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years in healthcare direct sales, with established market accounts and relationships. Experience in a multiple-service healthcare model is preferred.
  • Valid driver's license with a safe driving record and state-compliant auto insurance.
  • Strong medical terminology knowledge, basic clinical assessment skills, and familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid, and long-term care regulations. (Reimbursement/managed care knowledge preferred).
  • Proven ability to meet admission goals and quotas independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills to foster positive relationships with patients, families, physicians, and referral sources.
  • Proficient computer skills and strict adherence to confidentiality and HIPAA guidelines

Responsibilities

  • Initiates the admission process, handles required consents and paperwork, and assists with patient assessments to ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Partners with stakeholders to ensure fast, efficient, and effective transitions between referring entities, patients, and Alumus service lines.
  • Catalogs contact history across hospitals, SNFs, physician groups, and senior living communities to build key relationships and drive growth.
  • Develops "insider knowledge" on referral workflows, influencers, competitive positioning, and opportunities to expand business within assigned territories.
  • Maintains exceptional relationships, provides empathetic communication, and promptly resolves any concerns for referral sources, patients, and families.
  • Promotes Alumus service lines, locations, and patient criteria through targeted outreach, networking, and participation in industry events, trade shows, and vendor fairs.

Pay Range

USD $70,000.00 - USD $85,000.00 /Yr.
