The Care Manager Assistant is responsible for providing administrative and clerical services in order to ensure effective and efficient operations, primarily for the Care Management Department.

Responsibilities

• The assistant will support the Care Management Department in areas such as completion of special projects and reports, filing, and data entry.
• Provide administrative and clerical support to ensure that Care Management Department operations are maintained in an effective and accurate manner.
• Coordinate Care Management Department appointment/discharge calendars. Schedule family, department, and vendor meetings.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• A minimum of six (6) months experience in office administration required.
• Related experience in a healthcare setting preferred.

Pay Range

USD $35.00 - USD $40.00 /Hr.
