Overview

The Regional Clinical Director for Alanté is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing and optimizing the clinical systems and operations across Alanté’s Primary Care and Chronic Care Management (CCM) programs. This position ensures delivery of the highest quality of patient care while driving operational efficiency and supporting clinical integration across regions.

Responsibilities

 

  • Ensure full alignment of clinical operations with Federal, State, and CMS regulations specific to primary care, chronic care management, home health, hospice, and remote patient monitoring.
  • Conduct and oversee internal audits (e.g., chart audits, documentation reviews, PIPs) and serve as a compliance partner to the Corporate Compliance Officer.
  • Design and implement scalable clinical workflows and processes to optimize service delivery, reduce staff burden, and support organizational growth
  • Lead strategic retention and workflow improvement initiatives aligned with long-term growth and provider satisfaction.
  • Directly supervise and support Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants, including hiring, training, evaluating, and mentoring.
  • Utilize critical thinking and evidence-based practice to support assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and coordination of care.
  • Provide education to patients, families, and caregivers regarding care goals, symptom management, and chronic disease navigation.
  • Develop a working knowledge of physician group practice regulations and integrate operations with Alumus Care Connect programs to ensure continuity of care across palliative, transitional, chronic, and primary care.
  • Travel regionally (WA/OR) at least quarterly to support team integration, training, and clinical operations oversight.

Qualifications

  • Advanced Nurse Practitioner by the applicable State Board of Nursing with a valid Nurse Practitioner License OR Must have a current Registered Nurse license and Master’s degree.
  • Up-to-date Fingerprint Clearance.
  • Unrestricted prescribing and dispensing privileges with Drug Enforcement Agency licensure required. (Only applicable for Nurse Practitioners)
  • Valid state driver’s license and proof of valid automobile insurance.
  • 2 years or more experience as Advanced Practice Nurse OR 5 years of nursing management experience.
  • Some experienced in population health management.
  • Preferred experience working with vulnerable adult populations.

Pay Range

USD $170,000.00 - USD $170,000.00 /Yr.
