The Business Office Manager serves as the point person for office manager duties including maintenance, mailing, supplies, equipment, bills, errands, shopping and schedule meetings and appointments.

Responsibilities

•Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs. Organize the office layout, order stationery and equipment, office operations and procedures.
•Manage office General and Administrative budget, ensure accurate and timely reporting, manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers and office lease.

Qualifications

•Minimum of two (2) years experience in healthcare is preferred, or graduation from a one (1) or two (2) year business college.
•Knowledge of human resources, interpersonal skills, computer skills and business operating principles.
•Must be at least 18 years old.

Pay Range

USD $50,000.00 - USD $70,000.00 /Yr.
