The Certified Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) is responsible for providing Physical Therapy services to guests by assisting in the treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation, and communication while functioning under the supervision of the Physical Therapist.

Provides Physical Therapy services to guests in a safe and effective manner under the supervision of a Physical Therapist in accordance with state regulations
Implements and conducts treatment as assigned by the Physical Therapist and outlined in the treatment plan.
Monitors guest’s response to intervention and consults with Physical Therapist if modification is required.
Must currently hold a current PTA license.
A minimum of 1 year experience in a Skilled Nursing setting preferred.
Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card
CPR certification is preferred. On-site certification is provided free of charge.
