The Benefits Administrator is responsible for managing employee benefit programs in collaboration with internal staff and outside vendors, while interacting with the workforce to resolve benefit-related issues and questions.

Responsibilities

• Administration of employee benefit plans, such as health insurance, retirement funds, and other
types of employee incentives and pay.
• Ensure the benefits programs are current and in line with all applicable federal and state laws.
• Provide guidance and interpretation of employee benefit plans and programs to the workforce.
• Coordinates open enrollment, life and work event benefit changes, new hire benefit enrollment,
and Onboarding activities.
• Enter and update employee-related data to include querying and running reports utilizing the
Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and other HR-related software programs

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in administering and managing employee benefit
programs to include but not limited to health insurance, retirement funds, supplemental benefits,
incentive programs, etc.
• Experience with HRIS or Payroll Systems is required.

Pay Range

USD $70,000.00 - USD $75,000.00 /Yr.
