Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct Aleca's programs, policies and activities.
  • Assist in preparing an annual operating budget, review and interpret monthly financial statements, and keep abreast of the economic status of the service line.
  • Consult with team concerning operations, assist in eliminating/correcting problem areas, and/or improvement of services or competence of work force.
  • Attend and participate in workshops, seminars, etc. to represent Aleca in dealings with outside agencies, and to keep abreast of current data affecting Home Health and Hospice.
  • Ensure thorough investigations are conducted and reported to appropriate personnel/agencies for misconduct and counsel/discipline personnel as necessary. 
  • Participate in state/federal surveys, assist in developing plans of correction for cited deficiencies, and ensure such deficiencies do not recur.
  • Maintain a good public relations program that serves the best interest of Aleca and the community alike.
  • Assist with training including topic selection, planning, conducting, and scheduling of training classes, on-the-job training and orientation programs.

Qualifications

•Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
•Minimum of 3 years leadership experience in home health.
•Proficient understanding of federal and state regulations related to home health agencies.
•Strong financial acumen with experience in optimizing operational budgets.
•Proven ability to grow the business.

Pay Range

USD $100,000.00 - USD $135,000.00 /Yr.
