A Speech-Language Pathologist administers speech therapy (ST) to patients on an intermittent basis in their place of residence.

Responsibilities

•Performed in accordance with physician orders and plan of care under the direction and supervision of the Director of Clinical Services/Nursing Supervisor.
•Speech therapy services are furnished only by or under the supervision of a qualified speech pathologist or audiologist.
•Coordinates treatment plan with guest, family, and other team members, actively participating in the team approach to benefit guest care. Confers formally and informally with other team members in coordinating the total rehabilitation program of the guest.

Qualifications

•Current SLP license through the OR State Board of Speech Language Pathology required.
•A minimum of 2 years ST experience preferred.
•A minimum of 1 year Home Health ST experience preferred.
•Wellsky/Kinnser experience preferred.
•Valid driver's license with proof of insurance in accordance with state requirements. 100% travel required.
