Responsibilities

•Provides treatment in accordance with established standards of practice.
•Conduct screenings of guests newly admitted to the facility.
•Coordinates treatment plan with guest, family, and other team members.
•Implements and conducts treatment as outlined in the treatment plan.
•Monitors guest’s response to intervention and modifies treatment.

Qualifications

•Current OT license through the OR State Board of Occupational Therapy required.
•A minimum of 2 years OT experience required.
•A minimum of 1 year Home Health OT experience preferred.
•Valid driver's license with proof of insurance in accordance with state requirements. 100% travel required.
