The Physical Therapist is responsible for providing and directing Physical Therapy services to guests, including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation, and communication and functions under physicians’ orders.

•Provides treatment in accordance with established standards of practice.
•Conduct evaluations of guests newly admitted to the facility.
•Coordinates treatment plan with guest, family, and other team members.
•Implements and conducts treatment as outlined in the treatment plan.
•Monitors guest’s response to intervention and modifies treatment.
New grads are welcome!
Current PT license through the State Board of Physical Therapy required.
CPR certification is preferred. On-site certification is provided free of charge.
