The Enrollment Manager is an advanced leader whose responsibilities include working with the Executive Director (ED) and Vice President of Operations (VP) to develop and implement effective strategies for patient outreach, education, and enrollment. This position will oversee the patient enrollment process and drive initiatives to foster patient engagement throughout their healthcare journey.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the ED and VP to implement patient engagement and enrollment strategies including creating, executing, and monitoring plans aimed at attracting, educating, and enrolling new patients. To also include contributing their ideas to improve patient engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Manage the Enrollment Process: Oversee the end-to-end patient enrollment process, ensuring it is efficient, user-friendly, and meets the needs of both patients and our organization.
  • Supervise staff to include scheduling, directing, approving payroll, and performance management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience working in the healthcare field, with a focus on patient engagement, patient services, or related areas.
  • Experience working with adult, older adult, geriatric population
  • Experience and knowledge of population health management
